Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 444 of 2018, arising out of Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 241 of 2017 for the offence under sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was apprehended with pistol and one live cartridge. He is in custody since 12.12.2017.

Considering the fact that other accused namely, Vinay Kumar, Rikki Kumar, Rauni Kumar and Banty Kumar have been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
