2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 3.750 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from a bag, which is allegedly thrown by this petitioner. Besides this, petitioner is accused in five more cases of similar nature.

4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
