The prayer of the petitioner for issuance of certificate or mark-sheet for teachers training council for the institution in question cannot be acceded to, because the institution in question is not a recognized institution, for which evidence has been brought in the counter affidavit and matters of similar kind have already been adjudicated.
In view of the same, writ application has no merit. It is dismissed, accordingly.
