ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 4/ 23-04-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Patna High Mediation & Conciliation Centre and as per the report of the Mediator now the dispute has been finally resolved.

In view of such settlement and in the interest of the parties, further proceeding of Complaint Case No.2083 of 2013 in which the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, has taken cognizance on 23.04.2014 is hereby set aside. Also further proceeding of Title Suit No.353 of 2012 pending before the Sub-Judge, 1st, Araria, between the parties is hereby dropped.

The application stands allowed with the aforesaid
