2. Following reliefs are sought for in the present writ petition:

"(i) For hold an enquiry by C.B.I. or independent agencies against corruption made by Respondent specially by Respondent No. 4, 5 and 6 in plantation scheme though the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act

Patna High Court CWJC No.16279 of 2025(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 (MGNREGA) in Bhadaiya Panchayat, Mohiuddin Nagar Block, District- Samastipur.

(ii) During the pendency of enquiry held the amount of plantation in Bhadaiya Panchayat, Mohiuddin Nagar Block, District-Samastipur."

3. Upon perusal of records, it is evident that the petitioner has already made a representation before the Respondent No. 3 (Annexure-P/2 to the writ petition), which is pending consideration.

4. Accordingly, the Respondent No. 3 is directed to consider the aforesaid representation made by the petitioner and decide the same at the earliest, in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
