JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Amnour P. S. Case No. 97 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the informant and others and specific allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the brother of the informant on head by Farsa.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Earlier a case has been lodged by the petitioner's side and earlier also kidnapping of the daughter of the petitioner was made. Moreover, injury is simple in nature.
