The respondents have calculated the arrears as per their pay-fixation and in the absence of there being any specific direction with
Patna High Court MJC No.2193 of 2014 (9) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 regard to the amount to be paid, the dispute now with regard to calculation of arrears will not be looked into in this contempt proceedings. The second ground raised in the rejoinder is that the petitioner has not been paid two increments for having acquired the Ph.D. degree and the same has been denied by the respondents. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to ventilate any further grievance, if subsisting, in accordance with law in an appropriate proceedings.
