The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.GO 10 of 2022 registered under Sections 23 and 25 of the P.C. and P.N.D.T. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is neither the owner of the hospital nor he was handling the ultra sound machine. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the
