JUSTICE RAMESH CHAND MALVIYA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 The present modification application has been filed by the petitioner for grant of extension of time to surrender before the Trial Court within ten days of the receipt of a copy of this judgment and the Trial Court was directed to grant bail to the petitioner if he surrender within the stipulated period.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to error committed on the part of counsel's Office, the appellant could not surrender before the concerned Trial Court within the stipulated time as given by the this Court vide judgment dated 04.07.2025 in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 17 of 2013.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Trial Court within a period of ten days from today and the modification petition is allowed.

5. The rest part of the order dated 04.07.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 17 of 2013 shall remain intact.
