2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44861 of 2023 to the extent of correction in the name of court below and extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence in the main petition, the name of concerned court below has wrongly been typed as 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Benipur, Darbhanga' in place of 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Supaul'. Same error has occurred in aforesaid order dated 11.08.2023. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of aforesaid fact, in paragraph No. 5 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67829 of 2023(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44861 of 2023, in place of 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Benipur, Darbhanga' name of court below be read as 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Supaul' and further four weeks' time is granted for furnishing bail-bond.

5. Accordingly, modification petition is allowed and order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44861 of 2023 is modified to the above extent only.
