1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) A direction may be given to the respondent No.4 to 7 for proper investigation about the village lighting work in Bhagwanpur Hat Block, District-Siwan in Panchayat Bithuna, Mora Khas, Shankarpur, Bilaspur, South Saghar Sultanpur in the year 2022-23, carried out from the fund of seventh Finance Commission. The light i.e. L.E.D. light which had been installed by the Block authorities is
Patna High Court CWJC No.12811 of 2024(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 presently dead, which shows malfunctioning of the whole system.
(II) A further direction may be given for taking action against the agency, who has installed the inferior quality light in all these Panchayats and the cost of lights may be recovered from the agency."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
