2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has received instruction that petitioner seeks permission to file a detailed representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gaya, for redressal of his grievances of the present writ petition.

Considering the submission made above by the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner the Municipal Corporation, Gaya is directed to make payment of retiral dues as claimed in the writ petition, in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of communication of this order. The Municipal Corporation is also directed to pay interest on account of delay in payment.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
