2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of abduction of the minor son of the informant by the petitioner and other co-accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the petitioner is not named and the minor son of the informant was recovered from co-accused Baidyanath Singh. He next submits that similarly situated co-accused has been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64579 of 2024(4) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 granted bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 28278 of 2024 and 33127 of 2024. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petitioner and he is in custody since 30.07.2023.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Patnacity, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial NO. 861 of 2024 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S.
