The petitioners, namely, Rajesh Kumar Sahni @ Rajesh Kumar, Tuntun Sahni @ Lutan Sahni and Pinkesh Sahni, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, of course, named the petitioners alleging that they all assaulted the informant and others but no specific allegation is made against the petitioners. Jitendra Sahni is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Khanti on his head. One injury is found on the head of the informant. Other accused persons assaulted the wife and the brother of the informant, namely, Anita Devi and Rajendra Sahni and took money from the house. Rajendra Sahni got two injuries. Chandan Kumar also got

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16328 of 2016 (2) dt.06-05-2016 2/2 injuries which are simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 31/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
