After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he restricts his relief to the extent that he may be permitted to file his application in duly prescribed central government proforma within a period of two weeks.

If such exercise is done by the petitioner within a period of two weeks, the District Magistrate, Rohtas will act
