This is an appeal under Sections 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, against refusal of the prayer for anticipatory bail by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-1st, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dawath P.S.Case No. 40 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3(1)(vii) (x) (xv) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act.

A bare perusal of the FIR discloses the ingredients of offence committed under the provisions of S.C/S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act for the purpose of consideration of this prayer for anticipatory bail. Hence, the
