JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-01-2016 After having heard counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the State as well as Sanskrit Shiksha Board, a modicum of inputs with regard to facilities and infrastructure of the institution in question has emerged from the report of the District Magistrate, a copy of which has also been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. He has now tried to supplement the additional facilities as well as infrastructure which, according to the petitioner, were omitted in the report. Writ application is disposed of now with a direction both upon the Secretary of the Sanskrit Shiksha Board as well as the Special Director that

Patna High Court CWJC No.13758 of 2013 dt.18-01-2016 whatever physical verification with regard to the statement made by the petitioner in the writ application as well as the supplementary affidavit cum reply, filed and served today, would be verified by an authority and a decision taken within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. The previous decision in this regard to that extent would lose its effect in view of the direction issued.
