2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC .
3 . As per the prosecution case , informant Ranjeet Pawan alleged that on 27.04.2024 , petitioner No. 3 killed the goat by administering poison and on the next day , when informant went to make complain regarding the aforesaid incident, then all the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60356 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/3 F.I.R. named accused persons abused and assaulted informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Allegation is general and omnibus against these petitioners. It is further submitted that the falsity of the case is itself apparent from the fact that the alleged occurrence has taken place on 27.04.2024 but the complaint petition was filed on 24.05.2024 by informant and the present F.I.R. has been lodged on 09.02.2025 , after the delay of 9 months for which there is no plausible explanation . Moreover, petitioner and informant are gotias and there is pending land dispute between the parties. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .
6 Considering the delay in lodging the F.I.R., clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM- 1st Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60356 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 3/3 section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023 .
