The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to restrain the private respondent No.7 from encroaching the land, pertaining to C.S. Khata No. 200, Plot No.680, measuring an area 2 decimals, situated at Mauza - Belaon,
Patna High Court CWJC No.11477 of 2014 dt.21-07-2017 2/2 District -Buxar, which is being used as Aam Rasta and the same has been recorded in the C.S. record as 'Anabad Sarv Sadharan. It is submitted by learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State that after filing of the writ application, the encroachment has been removed which gets reflected from AnnexureA series to the counter affidavit, filed on behalf of Respondents. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has not controverted the submission made by learned Counsel for the respondents. In the circumstances, the writ application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of as having become infructuous.
