The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 307, 509, 365 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on 18.06.2015 in the night at 10.00 P.M. when the informant was sleeping, three accused persons entered into his house and they dragged the wife of the informant Sohagin Devi, thereafter they caused burn injury. The accusation has also been supported by the victim in 164 Cr.P.C. statement. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 18.06.2015 at 10.00 P.M. the First Information Report was registered on 19.06.2015 at 11.45 A.M. There is no injury caused to the victim Sohagin

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57949 of 2015 (2) dt.04-01-2016 Devi. Statement to that effect has been made in para-10 of the petition which reads as follows:- "That it is also relevant to mention here that there is not any injury of the victim namely Sohagin Devi."

Due to petty dispute accusation has been levelled. The informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court below. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the relationship between the petitioner and informant, the nature of accusation and the petitioner being lady, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 167 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
