JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol containing five live cartridges is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 19.06.2015. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in almost all the cases but as a matter of fact when the petitioner came out of the jail, police implicated the petitioner in this false case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
