The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Gobindganj P.S. Case No. 180 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 406, 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that the informant of the case has implicated the petitioner on account of her enmity and ill-will towards the wife of the petitioner Shila Devi, who is a ward member of the gram panchayat Radhia.
Be that as it may, regard being had to the nature of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2342 of 2016 (2) dt.20-01-2016 2 / 2 allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Gobindpur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
