No.21496 of 2015 before this Court, which is pending.

Accordingly, this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to quash the order dated 18.04.2012 passed by the court of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Patna, in Complaint Case No.83(C) of 2012 as also to quash the entire proceeding,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31061 of 2013 (5) dt.22-06-2017 2/2 arising out of the aforesaid Complaint Case, is dismissed as withdrawn.
