2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been paid the amount only which has been reported in the audit report, however, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20510 of 2021(5) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 entitlement of the petitioner is from 25.03.1985. The said fact has been admitted by the Managing Director of Bihar State Handloom & Handicrafts Corporation Ltd., as per memo no.2128 dated 28.03.1085.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detail representation before the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation/direction, the preset writ petition is disposed of.
