JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the order dated 17.07.2019 passed by the Respondent no.5 and contained in his memo no.1174 dated 18.07.2019, whereby and where under the Respondent no.5 has been pleased to terminate the selection of the petitioner as Farmer Advisor with immediate effect on the ground that the impugned order of termination has been passed by the Respondent no.5

Patna High Court CWJC No.20564 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2024 2/2 without obtaining the show-cause of the petitioner as also without providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

(II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to restore the petitioner in service as Farmer Advisor with all full back wages and continuity in service"

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
