The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2019 in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.628/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)(a), 26 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicate in this case and that his name was given by one Muku Kumar and there has been no recovery from his conscious possession. Learend counsel for the petitioner further submits that the said Muku Kumar has already been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No.17464/2019 vide order dated 26.03.2019.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.55658 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Danapur, Patna in connection withManer P.S. Case No.628/2018.
