JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 323, 324, 307, 436, 448, 458, 380 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that there is allegation of assaulting the informant by iron rod, butt of the pistol, danda etc. against four accused persons but there is only one injury though grievous. It is further contended that two accused persons, namely, Mohan Mishra and Raghvendra Mishra, who had allegedly assaulted the informant, have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Single Judge Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56335 of 2015 (Annexure-4).

No.1151 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Dhirendra Mishra @ Nathuni be released on bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Moro P.S. Case No.43/2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Darbhanga subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
