"For giving direction to respondents to release the commercial vehicle i.e. Bolero Pickup bearing Registration No.BR46G-6485, Chasis No.MA1ZU2TBKK1E5-1630, Engine No.

TBK1E-59021 which was seized in connection with G.R. No.324/2022 arising out of Pasraha P.S. Case No.220/2022 for which offences registered u/s 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2018 in favour of the petitioner."

2. In support of aforementioned relief, the petitioner has made a communication with the concerned authority on

Patna High Court CWJC No.13924 of 2023 dt.17-10-2023 2/2 17.07.2023 vide Annexure-4.

3. In the light of these facts, the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish an application in the prescribed form under Rule 12-A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Rules 2023. If such an application is submitted by the petitioner, the same shall be taken note of by the competent authority and to pass appropriate and speaking order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

4. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
