JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although petitioner is said to have been caught by the informant and others on the spot but nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 08-06-2015 and investigation against him has already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bagaha West Champaran, Bettiah.
