The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections328, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant being the Chaukidar heard a rumor that an unidentified dead body of a boy is lying in the bush. On interrogation it was found that the said boy had some illicit relationship with the wife of the petitioner as a result it was suspected that the petitioner killed the said boy. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled and there is no eye witness to the occurrence.

No.17521 of 2016 (2) dt.26-04-2016 2/2 Considering the fact that the FIR was registered in 2008 though the charge sheet was submitted in 2013, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Gopalpur P.S.
