JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 The instant application has come up for modification passed in Cr.Misc.No.21762 of 2015 vide order dated 04.09.2015 wherein the petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of two weeks.

Unfortunately, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below during that period, hence, petitioner wants an extension of two weeks time to surrender in the court below. As such, petitioner is further directed to surrender in the court below within a period of two weeks in connection with Complaint Case No.C.A.Case No.1002 of 2013 pending in the Court of SDJM, Purnea.

With the above modification only, the instant application is allowed.
