2. The present interlocutory application has been filed for disposal of the present transfer petition in view of the order dated 17.03.2026, passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Transfer Petition (Civil) No.1876/2025.

Having perused the order dated 17.03.2026, passed in Transfer Petition (Civil) No.1876/2025, it appears that matrimonial case, i.e., Divorce Case No.821 of 2020 (Dr. Himanshu Raj vs. Dr. Akanksha), pending in the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna has been transferred to the learned Family Court, Patiala House Courts

Patna High Court MJC No.2163 of 2021(6) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 Complex, New Delhi by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the present M.J.C. petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
