The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01-08-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48068 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Vaishali at Hajipur.
It has been submitted that in the prayer portion of original application of Cr. Misc. No. 48068 of 2019, "Goraul P.S. Case No. 114 of 2016" has inadvertently been typed and due to said reason, same mistake occurred in the order dated 01-08-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48068 of 2019. It has been prayed that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54069 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 the last paragraph of the order dated 01-08-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48068 of 2019 be modified.
Accordingly, the order dated 01-08-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48068 of 2019 is modified to the extent that "Goraul P.S. Case No. 114 of 2016" mentioned in the last paragraph of the order be read as "Goraul P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019". The rest of the conditions will remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 01-08-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48068 of 2019. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed.
