By filing the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of F.I.R. of Pandarak P.S.Case No.102 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under sections 135 and 136 of the Electricity Act, 2003. The allegations made in the F.I.R. do constitute a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the application. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
