2. It appears that the order no. 3 dated 26.11.2025 has wrongly been typed in Cr. Misc. No. 60457 of 2025 and Cr. Misc. No. 60580 of 2025 together, although the aforesaid orders had been passed separately in both the cases. Hence, the office is directed to act accordingly.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patna Vigialnce Case No. 46 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 7(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

4. The petitioner is accused of taking bribe of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 60580 of 2025(4) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 18,000/-.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2025.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Patna/ concerned Court in connection with Patna Vigialnce Case No. 46 of 2025.
