1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.
2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to accept the joining of the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher pursuant to the letter of joining issued to her vide memo no. 09 dated 15.04.2015, issued under the signature of the Panchayat Secretary-CumMember Secretary, Panchayat Niyojan Samiti, Gram Panchayat Raj, Ashrahi.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has directly approached this Court without approaching the District Teachers Appellate Authority, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Appellate Authority, for redressal of his grievance.
4. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the District Teachers Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
