2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.15653 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case the petitioner files a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram shall consider the same, in accordance with law, and take suitable action, forthwith.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
