That this application for issuance of an appropriate writ/s for quashing the notice dated 24.08.2018 and 20.11.2018 issued by the respondents under section 13 (2) of the securitization and Re-Construction of Financial Assests and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 whereby and whereunder Petitioner has been directed to deposit Rs. 4,13,399.00 though Rs. 15,000/- per month has been deducted from the pension account of his father till 18.06.2018 and to grant any other consequential benefits for which petitioner may found entitled in accordance with law."

As and when any such request is made by the petitioner before the Tribunal, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.

The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
