The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 99 of 2015 for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case Dairy was called for on 21.12.2015. Paragraph nos. 13, 14, 15, 34 & 35 specifically show the involvement of the petitioner to have assaulted by iron road. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The court below i.e. the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within a period of one year. If the trial is not concluded
