2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that that petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat teacher on the basis of forged educational certificates.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and without proper verification and enquiry, petitioner's certificates have been declared to be forged and fabricated by the respondents
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62700 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 authorities. Moreover, petitioner has been terminated from service on 09.06.2023 by memo. no. 103 issued by Panchayat Sachiv, Gram Panchayat, Barawan vide annexure-3.
5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad/concerned court below in connection with Pali P. S. Case No. 172 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shishir/- U T
