Although, the petitioner complaints of noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.1928 of 2014 whereby on an application filed by the petitioner under Section 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'), the respondents were directed to proceed with the complaint for its disposal but the application so directed
Patna High Court MJC No.3490 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2016 2/2 to be filed by the petitioner under Section 3 of the Act has been translated in a representation which by itself is not in tune with the directions of this Court. This Court has clearly directed for filing of an application under Section 3 of the Act i.e. by giving the name of the encroachers along with the details of encroachment but the petitioner taking a short route has filed a representation, which is not in compliance with the order of this Court. No cause of indulgence at this stage is made out. The petitioner first should comply with the court's direction.
Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. (Jyoti Saran, J) N.H./- U
