JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 23.8.2018 passed by the S.D.O., Sonpur, Saran whereby and whereunder the PDS license of the petitioner bearing license no. 81 of 2016 has been cancelled, before the Appellate Authority under Rule 32(iii) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016. Liberty so sought for is granted.

It is further directed that in case, the petitioner files appropriate appeal within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall examine the same on merits and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 60 days of filing of such appeal.
