2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 198 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is a woman who is suspected to have participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan/ concerned Court in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 198 of 2025.
