The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case as lodged by the informant is that on 26.04.2019 at 8 hours his minor daughter Sangeeta Kumari aged about 14 years was going to his field to bring bundle of wheat crops, then the accused persons including the petitioner have induced his daughter forcibly for the purpose of marriage. It has been on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent, has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in the present case. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st Gopalganj in connection with Mohammadpur Police Station Case No. 65 of 2019.
