2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aungari (Pirbigha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing rape with the victim who is non-other but cousin sister of the petitioner. The victim is 21 years old. The statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., in which she says that she was having sexual relationship with the petitioner for 15 days.

4. learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that perhaps after they caught, the false case of rape has been got filed due to the family pressure. The petitioner is in jail since 26.02.2024, and he is a government servant.

5. Learned A.P.P. as well as the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Hilsa (Nalanda)/concerned Court below in connection with Aungari (Pirbigha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024.

8. This application stands allowed.
