The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.417 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 302/120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is the son of the deceased. He is said to have killed his father.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2021 and the trial is still continuing.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57724 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, VIII, Bhagalpur / concerned Court below, in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.417 of 2020.

As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail, is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court.
