JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after six years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died due to illness. It is further submitted that the informant retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18263 of 2016 (2) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 six weeks from today in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 7 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Darbhanga. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
