JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Dumra P.S.Case No. 155 of 2012 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioner no.1 Pranay Singh, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly the application of petitioner no.1 for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. He is directed to surrender and seek bail. In case he surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.

No.821 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 So far as the petitioner no.2 Kumkum Singh @ Kunkun Singh and petitioner no.3 Chhotu Singh are concerned, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.Case No. 155 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
