2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 to 6, vide order dated 24.01.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 51 of 2023, arising out of Khagaria P.S. Case No. 864 of 2017, by the learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and considering that the case is of the year 2017, this case is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of nine months.
