The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant after four months of the marriage and disposing of the dead body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is simply co-villager of the husband of the victim and happens to be uncle. The accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family and the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim, who, as per

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17497 of 2016 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner, is in custody. Moreover, there is no eye witness to the occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 455 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
